All online orders will be sent within 1-2 business days of purchase. Any purchases made on a weekend/public holiday will be sent the following business day. We use standard Australia Post shipping. Please allow up to 5 days from date of purchase to receive your goods, and remember than regional and interstate deliveries could take more time. At White Luxe Boutique, we want to ensure our customers are happy with their selections and have the flexibility to change their mind if they are not. If your product isn’t the perfect fit or isn’t exactly as you’d hoped, we are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase, and must be received in the condition it was sent, ie; unworn, unwashed, tags attached. All exchanges sent to White Luxe Boutique are received at our discretion.

Please be aware we do have a quick turnover of stock, and may not have another size for an exchange, therefore we will issue you with a store credit. In the very unlikely case of a manufacturer fault, a refund will be given at the discretion of White Luxe Boutique. All returns are at the cost of the customer, however in the case of an exchange we will cover the cost of the new item sent out. This does not apply to multiple exchanges.


The sizing of our online store stock are true and standard Australian sizes. In the case that something is substantially different, for example an over-sized garment, please refer to our image description where we will endeavor to notify you of these different fittings. Alternatively you can always exchange the item for another size (please refer to our Returns section above). Please note the following usually applies; XS/8, S/10, M/12, L/14.
